Prepare your projects in SWASH as usual
Enter your GAP, compound, and scenario data in SWASH. Open Macro SW to complete data entry. Then instead of running from Macro’s interface, save the batch files: Macro → Tools → Save batch file to parameters and log files. This generates .par and .log files in your SWASH\Macro folder.
Focus SW Launcher detects your projects automatically
Open Focus SW Launcher. It immediately scans your Macro folder and displays all .par files with compound, scenario, and crop information extracted automatically from the .log files. No manual configuration needed.
Select, configure, and launch
Choose which projects to run. For each, select Run (standard) or Amend (applies ZMIX parameter correction for soil incorporation scenarios). Choose your execution mode — Sequential or Parallel. Click Start and walk away.

Return to SWASH and run your R-scenarios with PRZM — it is fast and independent. Then open Toxswa and save your .txw files for batch processing. You do not need to run Toxswa yet.
Toxswa starts automatically when everything is ready
Focus SW Launcher monitors for the required files every minute — .P2T from PRZM, .M2T from Macro, and .txw from Toxswa. When all conditions are met, it launches Toxswa automatically in parallel mode. No manual intervention required.
Results ready for Focus Toxswa Evaluator
When processing is complete, your output files are ready for analysis with Focus Toxswa Evaluator — extracting PEC values, generating Excel summaries and Word reports.
