Stefano Ravagli
Founder & Consultant
Regulatory and technical consultant specialised in plant protection products in Europe. Founder of Euregulator — where decades of hands-on regulatory experience meet purpose-built professional software.
From industry practitioner
to independent consultant.
I spent decades working within the plant protection industry, building deep expertise in the European regulatory system for plant protection products — from active substance approval to zonal product authorisation, from environmental risk assessment to regulatory dossier management.
Working from the inside gave me a clear picture of where the real challenges lie: not in the science, but in navigating an increasingly complex and fragmented regulatory landscape, and in managing the sheer volume of data and documentation that modern regulatory work demands.
When I founded Euregulator, I set out to address both challenges — offering the kind of expert, practical regulatory support that companies genuinely need, and building software tools that automate the parts of the job that should not require human attention at all.
My primary client is the company where I built much of my regulatory expertise over the years — a relationship built on trust and shared experience. But Euregulator is open to all companies operating in the EU plant protection sector who need reliable, experienced regulatory support.

Euregulator exists to change that — through expert consultancy, purpose-built software, practical training, and clear, reliable regulatory information.
